We do not publish a rate card. Every engagement is scoped against the complexity of your situation, the depth of advisory required, and what we are working toward.
We will not propose a fee until we understand your situation. No vague estimates, no surprises. The first conversation is yours.

Consultancy is not a commodity. A fixed price on a website would either overcharge a small operator who needs one focused session, or underserve a large organisation working through a complex restructure. Neither is acceptable.
Instead we take the time to understand the organisation, its stage, its pressures, and what a successful engagement would actually look like. From there we propose a fee structure that is transparent and tied to outcomes.
Your first consultation is free, with no obligation.
Most engagements fall into one of these. If yours does not, we will say so.
A structured single session for founders, executives, and leadership teams who need independent thinking on one specific challenge, with an output they can act on immediately.
A defined-scope engagement with a clear beginning, middle, and deliverable. Suited to market entry studies, tax restructuring, feasibility assessments, and strategy development.
A continuing relationship for organisations that want consistent senior advisory access. We function as your external advisory office, available when decisions need making.
Four variables determine what is appropriate. Being clear about them from the start keeps the process honest on both sides.
The first session is always complimentary. We outline a clear scope before anything begins, and the price is agreed upfront.
If yours is not here, ask us directly. We are straightforward people.
Yes. The first session exists so we can understand your situation and you can judge whether we are the right fit. No fee is proposed or charged for it, and we only go further if the engagement makes sense for both sides.
For most discovery and project-based work we can usually begin within one to two weeks of a confirmed scope. Retained arrangements run on a rolling monthly basis and can start at the beginning of the following month. If your situation is time-critical, say so at the first call.
Yes. Our base is Moshi, Kilimanjaro, and we regularly advise organisations across East Africa including Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Mozambique. We also work with international businesses entering the East African market. Remote and hybrid engagements are fully supported.
Fees are agreed in full before work begins. For project-based engagements we typically invoice half at kickoff and half on delivery of the final output. Retained arrangements are invoiced monthly in advance. We accommodate local and international payment methods.
Yes. You can work with us on a single tightly scoped service, such as a tax compliance review or a feasibility study, with no obligation to take on broader advisory. Many clients start with one engagement and expand from there, but that is entirely your call.
We are not a large firm with junior staff rotating through your account. Every engagement is handled by senior advisors with real East African operating history. You get directness, continuity, and advice grounded in how business works in this region rather than a framework imported and applied unchanged.
Tell us about your organisation and what you are working through. We come back within one business day.
